摘要
首次应用DPH作为荧光探剂的荧光偏振技术,对健康和人工感染vMDV雏鸡红细胞膜脂流动性(LFU)和微粘度(η)进行了检测,结果显示:感染vMDV雏鸡在30~60日龄时,红细胞膜LFU明显降低(P<0.05),η值显著升高(P<0.05);健康雏鸡饲料中加锗组红细胞膜LFU轻度增高,在感染vMDV组饲料中加喂Ge一l32后,红细胞膜LFU值趋于正常。初步认为vMDV病毒使雏鸡红细胞膜LFU明显下降,有机锗对稳定红细胞膜LFU及其功能正常具有重要作用,并首次获得正常鸡红细胞膜流动性和微粘度的参考值。
Lipid fluidity and microviscosity of red cell membrane in healthy and vMDV一infected chickens was first examined by fluroscence polarization using DPH(1,6一Diphenyl一1,3,5-hexatriene)as fluroscent probe in the experiment.It was found that thefluidity of red cell membrane significantly decreased and microviscosity significantly(P<0.05)increased in chickens infected by vMDV for 30 to 60 days,Organogermanium couldslightly augment the fluidity of red cell membrane in healthy chickens,The lipid fluidity ofred cell membrance tended to be normal in vMDV一infected chickens bv oral administrationof Ge一132.vMDV could significantly reduce the lipid fluidity of red cell membrane ofchickens and organogermanium play a notable role in stabilizing the fluidity and function ofred cell membrane.The normal reference values of lipid fluidity and nicroviscosity of red cellmembrane in chickens were first obtained in the paper.
