At the end of the third quarter, the Chinese economy is growing,to put it mildly, at a rather fast pace. However, at this stage of development even fast growth comes at a price. For one, the environment is a big problem. Another big issue is employment. Each year, the Chinese economy has to create millions of new jobs.
