摘要 本文介绍了电力需求侧管理的特点及其发展过程,通过建立大客户电力负荷管理系统来实现电力需求侧管理;分析了基于GPRS技术的大客户负荷管理系统的特点和优势,针对大客户地理位置分散、采集点多、数据量少、实时性要求不高的特点,数据采集通信网络采用成熟的GPRS/CDMA无线公网实现;最后给出了系统的体系结构与实现,并解释了各模块的主要作用。 This essay introduced the specialties and the development of the Power Demand Side Management (PDSM), by installing the large customer power load management and how to realize the power Demand Side Management. It analyzed the specialties and the advantages of the large customer power load management system based on the GPRS technology. The data acquiring communication system is based on the GPRS/CDMA public wireless communication networks due to the system specialties such as large customer geographically dispersed, plenty of the information points, small data and lower requirement of real-time. The essay also introduced the structures and realization of the system and described the functions of the modules of the system.
