重介质旋流器选煤技术的研究与发展 被引量:66

摘要 阐述了重介质旋流器发展的简况;重点介绍了近几年在重介质旋流器理论研究,特别是在重介质旋流器流场计算流体力学模拟研究方面取得的主要成果;最后对重介质旋流器选煤工艺和生产实践及耐磨材料的研究进行了述评。指出“十五”攻关课题的完成,基本解决了国际选煤界亟待解决的既保持重介质选煤的高效优势又能降低投资和加工成本的难题,标志着我国重介质选煤技术达到国际领先水平。 The paper makes a description of development of dense medium cyclone and lays stress on illustration of theoretic research of dense medium cyclones carried out in resent years.In the paper,particularly demonstrated are major results achieved from study on simulation of fluid mechanics for calculation of flow field in dense medium cyclones.A comment is conducted in the paper on the technology of coal separation by use of cyclone,production in practice as well as research conducted of wear-resistant material.It is pointed that the completion of the topic to be brainstormed in Fifteenth 'Five-Year Plan' has basically resolved the problem found in cyclones that they always have a high cost and capital investment though they have a high performance in operation.It is the problem that needs to be urgently dealt with internationally and therefore,it has been indicated that dense medium coal preparation technology in China has reached the internationally advanced level.
