摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、己二酸和氧化锌为原料,合成了一种亲水性非离子涤纶抗静电剂,得出了最佳的整理工艺条件.经抗静电剂整理过的涤纶织物在较低相对湿度下,仍具有较高回潮率和良好的抗静电性能,而且对织物的色度与白度影响不大.
Dimethyl terephthalate, ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, adipic acid and zinc oxide were used as raw materials to synthesize a hydrophilic non-ionic antistatic agent. An optimal procedure was obtained. The polyester fiber fabrics finished with this agent had quite high hygroscopicity and good antistatic performance under relatively low humidity, and the chrominance and whiteness of the fabrics were not obviously affected.
