笼养川金丝猴哺乳行为的观察

Observations on the Nursingand Aunt Behaviors of Sichuan Golden Monkey in Captive

采用全事件抽样法对笼养的５只成年雌猴和３只幼猴进行了连续１３个月计１８３ｄ的行为观察。结果表明，川金丝猴的初次哺乳是在胎儿娩出后３．１ｈ以后；根据哺乳的行为特征，哺乳期可分为初期、中期、晚期和后期；哺乳分为３种类型，即生理性哺乳、过渡性哺乳和心理性哺乳；哺乳时同笼母猴对幼猴有阿姨行为。

he nursing behavior of 5 female and 3 baby golden monkeyswas observed continuously with all occurrence method. The results showed that:(1)The baby monkey was nursed after being born about 3.1 hours;(2)The nursingperied can be classified as early middle,later and final stages;(3)The nursingcan be typed as physiological, transitional and psychological. The pathogenicity of Y. enterocolitic is closely related tospecific outer membrane proteins, which is associated with tissue invasion,coded by a virulent plasmid and dependent on temperature. Antiserum againstvirulent factors was produced by immunizing rabbits with the specific outermembrane proteins virulent strain absorbed with corresponding avirulent strain.26 strians of different serotype of Y. enterocolitica were detected withagglutination test.The results were comparable with that of VW-antigensdetermination,virulent plasmid examination and autogglutination test.
