摘要
“十一五”期间,贵州应优先发展以民族药业为代表的特色产业,通过特色产业的突破,加快贵州经济的发展。扶持民族医药业,除了政府支持、企业投入和科研工作者的努力外,如何运用知识产权保护手段提高我省民族医药企业的竞争力,占领国内外市场,参与国际竞争已成为当前发展的紧迫任务。本文旨在通过分析当前我省民族医药业知识产权保护面临的形势及存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议。
Guizhou Province should have the initiative development with the ethnomedicine industry , pass the breakthrough of the special features industry, speed the development of the Guizhou economy. Support the ethnomedicine industry, in addition to government support and business enterprise , how make use of the competition ability that the intellectual property , capture the domestic and international market has become the current development. This article described the current situation of Guizhou ethnomedicine intellectual property, analyzed problems of protection of Guizhou ethnomedicine intellectual property and put forward related strategies and suggestions.
