摘要
鸦胆子氯仿和乙酸乙酯提取物对莱青虫幼虫蛋白酶的活性和蛋白质含量均有明显影响。测定结果表明,在10mg/mL浓度处理下,氯仿和乙酸乙酯提取物处理8~20h蛋白酶比活力均明显低于对照组。24h时氯仿提取物的蛋白酶比活力(0.30692μg/mg·min)为对照组(0.18775μg/mg·min)的1.6343倍;乙酸乙酯提取物的蛋白酶比活力(0.10006μg/mg·min)为对照组(0.39012μg/mg·min)的0.2565倍。24h时氯仿提取物的蛋白质含量(44.403mg/mL)为对照组(81.457mg/mL)的0.5451倍;乙酸乙酯提取物的蛋白质含量(64.500mg/mL)为对照组(205.495mg/mL)的0.3139倍。
The effects of the extracts from Brucea javanica using chloroform and ether acetate on the activity of protease and the protein contents of Pieris rapae were studied. The results showed that the protease activity was significantly lower than the control after treated with the extracts in chloroform and ether acetate at the concentration of 10 mg/mL, for 8-20 hours. At 24 hours after treated with the extracts in chloroform and ether acetate, the activity of protease was 163.43%, compared with 54. 20% of the control, while the protein contents was 54. 51%, compared with 31.39% of the control.
