50万t/a水泥联合粉磨线的生产调试和控制经验

Commissioning experience of 500 000 t/a cement combined grinding line

福建春驰集团新丰水泥有限公司50万t/a水泥粉磨生产线为辊压机、打散分级机和开路高效筛分球磨组成的水泥挤压联合粉磨系统,其高压外线和DCS系统与原1000t/d熟料线共用和兼容。文章详细介绍了该粉磨线调试过程中的问题及其解决措施,主要工艺操作参数的探索与确定;归类总结了一年多来的生产操作和控制经验。目前该粉磨线生产P.O32.5R和P.O42.5R水泥时的产量分别达到80～85t/h和73～78t/h;吨水泥综合电耗30.2kWh;年平均球耗26g/t,锻耗60g/t。

500000t/a cement grinding production line of Fujian Chunchi Group Xingfeng Cement Co.,Ltd.. is a cement compress combined grinding system composed of roller press, scatter classifier and open-circuit high efficiency ball mill. And the high voltage line and DCS system of the grinding system is shared with a 1 000 t/d clinker production line. The paper introduced in detail the problems appeared during the commissioning process as well as the measures, main technique operation parameter and production operation and control experience of one year. At present, when produces P.O 32.5R cement, output of the grinding system is 80- 85 t/h, and when produces P.O 42.5R cement, the output is 73-78 t/h, the cement compositive power consumption is 30.2 kWh/t, every year, the average ball comsumption is 26 g/t and segment consumption is 60 g/t.
