摘要
立磨系统的调试,是先空载调试,即先对各系统(如主减速机润滑站系统、磨辊加压站系统、磨辊润滑站系统……)进行调试正常后,才进行负荷调试。磨机负荷试运行阶段,主要探索使系统稳定运行的系统风量、磨机压差、入磨气体压力等工艺参数的控制。长沙河田白石水泥有限公司1200t/d生产线配套的DFRM2650立磨,经调试实现正常稳定运行的系统工艺参数为:系统风量大于120000m3/h,磨机压差6000~8500Pa,入磨气体压力615Pa左右,出磨气体温度5~8MPa。
Debugging vertical mill system include no load debugging and commisioning. And commissioning follows no load debugging of every system as main reducer lubrication system, roller mill pressure station and roller lubrication system. Commissioning process is mainly make sure the technical parameters that guarantee stable running for the whole system such as air volume, mill pressure difference, pressure of air enter into mill. After commissioning, the related parameters of the DFRM2650 vertical mill of 1200 t/d production line of Changshahe Tianbaishi Cement Co., Ltd. is as follows: the air volume is more than 120 000 m^3/h, the mill pressuer difference is 6 000-8 500 Pa, and the pressure of the air enter into mill is about 615 Pa and the temperature of out mill air is 5-8 MPa.
