赤霉素对小麦幼苗乙醇酸氧化酶活性的影响

摘要 研究结果表明,300~1000mg/L的赤霉素处理小麦幼苗后,小麦体内乙醇酸氧化酶活性提高18.75%~43.75%,正相关系数r=0.9655;500mg/L赤霉素处理后,乙醇酸氧化酶活性变化与处理时间呈正相关,直线回归方程为y=0.0796+0.00123x。300~1000mg/L的赤霉素处理使小麦蛋白质含量升高15.16%~37.74%,正相关系数r=0.9714;赤霉素对离体乙醇酸氧化酶活性无影响。 The result of this investigation indicated that the treatment with 300 ̄ 1 000 mg/L gibberellin A 3 (GA 3) raised the activity of glycolate oxidase in wheat seedlings by 18.75%  ̄43.75%, the (GA 3) correlation coefficient is r =0.9655. When the wheat seedlings were treated with 500 mg/L GA 3, the relation between the activity of glycolate oxidase and the time after treatment was positively correlative. The linear regression equation of that was: y=0.0796+0.00123x. Treatment with 300 ̄1 000 mg/L GA 3 raised the content of protein by 15.16% ̄37.74%, the correlation coefficient was r =0.9714. The GA 3 had no effect on the activity of glycolate oxidase in vitro. The promotion effects of GA 3 on the protein biosynthesis and the activity of glycolate oxidase could be inhibited by the treatment with cycloheximide. The possible action ways of GA 3 affecting the activity of glycolate oxidase were also discussed in this paper.
