二元经济理论实质再认识——结构转换过程视角

The Reflection of the Essence of the Dual Economy Theory——Aperspective on Structral Change

从刘易斯到拉尼斯、费景汉,二元经济理论探讨了不发达经济向发达经济结构转换的路径,从理论上为发展中国家提供了一条摆脱贫穷、走向繁荣的成功之路。然而,完善的理论并没有带来实践上的成功,经历了近半个世纪的努力,大部分发展中国家仍没有摆脱二元经济理论的逻辑和历史的起点。造成理论与现实巨大反差的真正原因在于人们对二元经济理论的误解、误用,而非理论本身。从结构转换过程视角重新认识二元经济理论的实质,能够为解决我国社会主义新农村建设提供一孔之见。

From W. A. Lewis to G. Ranis and J. Fei, the dual economy theory focused on the development in developing countries. They tried their best to find a way to success for developing countries. But a good theory can not lead to real success. It has been practiced for half a century and the result is frustrating. Up to now, there has not been any agreement on the causes of the failure. As far as I am concerned, I believe that the failure came from misunderstanding and misuse of the theory. The same mistake is being made in our practice. In order to get rid of errors and find a right way for the development of our agriculture, this paper aims to give a reflection of the essence of the dual economy theory from a view of structural change.
