近年来,在媒介产业经营浪潮冲击和屏幕竞争日趋白热化的形势下,电视制播分离正越来越受到关注,我国电视行业对这一电视节目生产管理体制进行了有益的探索。但由于它是在电视业总的体制改革尚未开始的条件下进行的,政治环境和社会环境的限制使其在实际操作中面临一系列困境。

In recent years, the tides of media industry and keen screen competition have drawn more and more attention toward the separation of TV making and broadcasting. The TV line in our country has made some beneficial studies concerning the production and management of TV programs, but the studies have been made under such conditions that the general reform in TV line doesn＇t begin, because of which the restriction of the political and social environments makes it difficult to separate TV making and broadcasting in practice.
