在当前大众化教育背景下,实践教育在大学生成长发展及就业中有着更为重要的意义;必须进一步加强实践教育,提高学生各方面的综合素质和就业竞争力;可主要利用暑期来实施四阶段实践模型和效果保障措施,以改变重理论轻实践、重知识传授轻能力培养等方面存在的问题,为大学生适应择业环境、提高就业竞争力奠定基础。

Under the current popular educational background, the practical education plays a more significant role in college students~ growth and employment We can make use of the summer vacation to put the four - stage model into practice in order to further strengthen the practical education and enhance students~ comprehensive quality and their competitive ability needed for employment. By doing so, we can solve the problems such as focusing on theories and the teaching of knowledge and attaching less importance to practice and the development of students＇ abilities to lay a foundation for students to adapt to the employment environment and to enhance their competitive ability in employment.
