生长猪肌纤维类型的转化规律

Studies on Transformation Tendencies of Myofiber Types in Muscle Growing Pigs

对不同生长阶段（初生，３０、６０、９０ｋｇ）的八眉猪、长白猪的背最长肌和股二头肌的肌纤维类型研究结果表明：在猪的生长过程中，红肌纤维（βＲ、αＲ）比例增高，白肌纤维（αＷ）比例降低。长白猪肌纤维类型的转化规律与八眉猪相同，但增降程度不同。八眉猪β红肌纤维的增长率和白肌纤维的下降率均大于长白猪。

The conversion of myofiber types was studied in the longissimus, biceps femaral muscles of Bamei pigs at birth and 30,60,90 kg. And Landrace was compared with the Bamei pigs. The results indicated that the proportion of type βR and αR myofibers increased while that of type αW decreased during development. Landrace has the same tendency with Bamei pigs but the percentage of types was different. The increase rate of type βR and the decrease rate of type αW were great in Bamei pigs, and the increase rate of type αR was great in Landrace pigs.
