Identification of the Commercial Medicinal Materials "Qian-Hu"(Radix Peucedani) and Probing their Genetic Relations by RAPD Technique

目的:鉴别不同产地的商品药材前胡,探讨其亲缘关系,探讨商品药材鉴定和植物分类的新方法。方法:采用RAPD技术对不同产地的商品药材前胡进行多态性分析,并构建聚类树型图。结果RAPD技术可以解决不同产地的商品药材前胡不易区分的难题,其聚类树形图与经典前胡分类结果一致。结论:RAPD技术完全可以作为商品药材鉴别、植物分类的一种有益的手段。

Objective ： Identificating of the commercial medicinal materials＂ Qian - Hu＂ （ Radix Peucedani） at different regions and probing their genetic relations,probing into the new identifical and classified method of medicinal materials. Methods ： Analyzing polymorphics of commercial medicinal materials＂ Qian - Hu＂ at different regions by RAPD technique and constructing a clustering tree diagram. Results ： Settling the difficultly differentiating problem of commercial medicinal materials＂ Qian - Hu＂ by RAPD technique, and the result of clustering coincides to classic category. Conclusion ： RAPD technique is beneficial assistant means in identificating commercial medicinal materials and herbal classification
