摘要
目的:探讨消栓通脉颗粒剂对深静脉血栓形成模型大鼠血浆t—PA、PAI的影响。方法:将160只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型对照组、消栓通脉高、中、低剂量组和通塞脉对照组。采用下腔静脉结扎法制备血栓模型,检测血栓形成后不同时期血浆t—PA、PAI活性的变化和观察扫描电镜下内皮层的改变。结果:消栓通脉颗粒剂具有显著提高t—PA活性,降低PAI活性作用,其高、中剂量组提高t—PA活性的作用优于模型和通塞脉对照组,有显著性差异(P〈0.01—0.05,P〈0.01—0.05);抑制PAI活性的作用,消栓通脉各组与模型对照组比较,均有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),且高剂量组抑制PAI活性的作用明显优于通塞脉对照组(P〈0.05)。电镜观察消栓通脉颗粒剂组内皮损伤明显减轻。结论:消栓通脉颗粒剂治疗深静脉血栓形成的机理,与保护血管内皮细胞,促进纤溶功能作用有关。
Objective :To study the effect of Xiao Shuan Tong Mai Granules (XSTM) on plasmatissue -type plasminogen activat or( t - PA) and plasminogen activat or inhibitor (PAl) after deep venous thrombosis in Rats. Methods : 160 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups : normal group, thrombosis group, high - dose XSTM group, media - dose XSTM group, low - dose XSTM group ,Tong Sai Mai group. Venous thrombosis was induced by inferior vena caval(IVC) occlusion by ligature just below the level of the renal veins. Plasma t - PA and PAl were detected on the 1st ,3rd,6th days after using different drug and inferior vena eaval was observed by scanning electricity mirror. Results : Plasma t - PA was low and PAl maintained high level after venous thrombosis. The XSTM can increase plasma t - PA and decrease PAl. Significant difference were found between XSTM groups and thrombosis group, Tong Sai Mai group on t - PA and PAl. Conclusion : The XSTM can increase plasma t - PA, decrease PAl and protect the vein structure.
