益气养阴清热解毒法对EB病毒感染者中医体质证候的影响

Therapy of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Heat-clearing and Detoxicating Impact the Physical Symptom of The Patients Who Infected with EB Virus

目的:观察益气养阴清热解毒法对EB病毒感染者中医体质证候的影响。方法:对EB病毒感染者44例行随机对照试验。治疗组服用益气养阴清热解毒方药,连续服3个月;对照组未服任何药物,3个月后复查。比较两组观察前后体质证候平均积分及EBV-VCA/IgA滴度的变化。结果:治疗组的虚弱体质证候平均积分从治疗前2.54±2.11,降为治疗后1.19±1.29,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其它体质证候平均积分在治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组观察前后各体质证候平均积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治愈率58.62%,有效率20.69%,总有效率79.31%,对照组治愈率13.33%,有效率6.67%,总有效率20.00%(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴清热解毒法能改善EB病毒感染者的虚弱体质证候,降低EB病毒活性。

Objective：To observe clinical effect of physical symptom on treating patients who infected with EB virus with the therapy of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, heat- clearing and detoxicating. Methods ：44 patients who infected with EB virus were studied. The patients were at random divided into tow groups , trentment group and control group, to make a clinical observation. The patients in the trentment group took prescription of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, heat - clearing and detoxicating while the patients in the control group did not take any medicine. The patients were rechecked after 3 months. Results ：The average integration of weakness physical symptom in treatment group decreased after accepting the therapy, the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. But the average integrations of disharmony of other qualities has notstatistical significance. And the difference of the average integrations of the control group compared with pretherapy hasn＇t statistical significance. Cure rate of treatment group was 58.62% ,effective power was 20.69% ,total effective rate was 79.31%. Cure rate of control group was 13.33% ,effective power was 6.67% ,total effective rate was 20.00%. The difference of The two groups was statistical （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The therapy of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, heat - clearing and detoxicating can decrease the weak physical integration of the patients who infected with EB virus and lower the EB virus＇ activity.
