摘要
目的:建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根及(制剂)板蓝根颗粒剂中腺苷的含量。方法:以Hypensil ODS C18(5μm,4.6mm×200mm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(15:85),为流动相;检测波长为:UV-260nm,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:25℃,外标法定量。结果:腺苷在4.16~35、4μg/mL,范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,(r=0.9999);方法平均回收率为99.67%(n=9),相对标准偏差RSD为1.3%。结论:该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠,可用于板蓝根及板蓝根颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To develop a determination method for adenosine content in Banlangen and (preparation) Banlangen granule by opposite HPLC. Methods: Eluted with carbinol -0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( 15:85 ) in a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min , adenosine was analyzed under the wavelength of 260 nm in Hypensil ODS C18 column (5 μm ,4.6mm × 200mm). The column temperature was 25. Fix quantify by external standard method. Results: Adenosine presented wellordered linear dependence in the range of 4.16 - 35.4 μg/mL ( r = 0.9999 ), the recovery of the assay was 99.67 % ( n = 9 ), the RSD was 1.3 %. Conclusion : The method ,accurate and reproducible , was suitable for the quality assessment of Banlangen and Banlangen granule.
