高含量超氧化物歧化酶植物的筛选 被引量:1

摘要 用氮蓝四唑(NBT)法测定了163种植物叶片或果实中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的催化活性,并以此催化活性表示酶的含量。结果表明:草本植物与木本植物、农作物与非农作物之间的SOD含量分布差异不大,但各科植物之间含量差异较大,以苋科、伞形科、葫芦科、十字花科、大戟科、啬薇科、茶科、木犀科、豆科、茄科、锦葵科和槭树科的SOD含量高的植物较为集中。 The catalytic activity of SOD in the leaves and fruits of 163 kinds of plants was determinedby means of nitroblue tetrazdium.Then it was used to show the enzyme contents. The resultsindecated that there was little difference between herbaceous plants and woody plants,betweenfarm corps and non-farm plants in the distribution of SOD content,while there was a largedifference among different families of plants. There were more plants with high SOD content inthe follwing fanlilies:Amaranthaceae,Umbelliferae,Cacurbitaceae,Crciferae,Euphorbiaceae,Rosaceae,Theaceae,Oleaceae,Leguminosae,Solanaceae,Malvaceae and Aceraceae.
