县级土地利用总体规划编制探讨

A PROBE INTO DRAWING UP INTEGRATED LAND USE PLANNING AT COUNTY LEVEL

结合笔者编制“南昌县土地利用总体规划”和“湾里区土地利用总体规划”的实践，从县级土地利用总体规划的特点及客观要求出发，对县级土地利用总体规划编制的重点内容、专题、部门规划的研究、规划方案的设计及规划编制的有关注意事项进行了探讨。

Starting off from the peculiarity and essentials of integrated land use planning at countylevel,integrating with the authors’practice of drawing up the integrated land use planning inNanchang County and in Wanli District,this paper probes into the important contents,mono-graphic subjects,department plans,programme design and relevant points for attention aboutdrawingup integrated land use planning.
