新鲜蔬菜呼吸量的测定

摘要 对11种新鲜蔬菜的呼吸量进行了测定,确定了呼吸速率随温度变化的规律。利用Ar-rhenius公式对测定结果进行了解析,计算出了各蔬菜的温度系数。 In this study, the relationship between respiration rate and temperature of eleven kinds of fresh vegetables were measured with modern precise ventilatory method. Since the respiration is a chemical reaction, the relationships between the respiration rates and the temperatures were fitted to Arrhenius' equation. The heat of respiration in KJ per ton vegetables per day was obtained by multiplying the respiration rate of miligrams of CO 2 per kilogram vegetables per hour by a factor of 10.61. The heats of respiration were all a little higher than the conbertional values.
