摘要
利用大麦品种秀四为原始亲本,通过辐射与离体培养相结合的途径,诱发并获得了抽穗期比原始亲本提早22天的早熟突变体、并对该早熟性状的突变机理及遗传特性作了研究。结果表明,该突变不存在嵌合体,突变体性状可以稳定地遗传,不受遗传背景及环境条件的影响,该突变系单个基因位点的隐性突变。
Radited embryos by gamma - ray from barley variety 'Xiusi' were cultured in vitro and a mutantwhose heading date was 22 day earlier than that of the original parent was obtained. In this exerlmcnt, the genesisand inheritance of the mutation were invcstigated. Results showed that no chimera was observed. Heading date ofthe mutant wasn' t infIuenced by its genetic background and enviroments, which indicated the mutatlonal charactercould stably inherit. Genetic analysis revealed that the early heading was the result of recessive mutation in a singlegene loco.
