摘要
介绍超声皮带秤的工作原理。超声检测是物料输送计量中的一种新技术,他可利用超声波在空气中发射和接收回波的时间差来测量皮带上物料的厚度,利用多普勒测速法来测量传送带的运行速度,利用电容传感器检测物料密度的变化。实践证明他具有稳定性好、精度高、维护量小等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
The principle of ultrasonic belt scale is introduced. Ultrasonic detection is a novel technology on metrology of material transportation. The distance from origin to target is calculated by using the time difference of ultrasonic transmitting to target and reflecting back. the speed of belt is detected by Doppler velocity,and we can detect the density variation of the material by capacitive sensor. The actual results show that the system has not only high measurement precision, stability, but also little maintenance, h should have good application in future.
