中部地区城镇化健康发展的影响因素与对策研究

The Factors Influencing Healthy Urbanization Process in Central China

中部地区包括山西、河南、湖北、湖南、安徽、江西六省,地处中国内陆腹地,经济发展落后于东部,城镇化率低于全国平均水平。促进中部地区城镇化健康发展,必须走一条工农关系互动、城乡协调发展的新型城镇化道路。为此,在分析制约中部地区城镇化健康发展的因素基础上,促进我国中部地区城镇化健康发展,统筹区域发展,完善区域经济政策,因地制宜,科学规化,走协调发展的新型的城镇化道路。

The central areas of China, including Shangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui and Jiangxi, mostly belong to economically backward areas. The rate of urbaniztion is lower than the average in China. In order to promote the healthy urbanization process in central area, the new- typed tion road must be chosen for cities and rural areas to achieve the coordinated development between industry and agriculture. By analyzing those restrictive factors, it is important make feasible policies of regional economy to realize the harmonious development of rural urbanization.
