摘要
根据河北省旅游业发展的优势和劣势以及面对的机会和威胁,“十一五”期间河北省旅游业发展战略改进的重点,应是积极推进京津冀都市圈旅游一体化;完善中心城市旅游功能,创建“宜居宜游”城市,构建环京津生态型旅游城市群;旅游发展与“生态河北”建设相结合,加强生态环境保育,创新旅游产品,带动贫困地区扶贫开发;加强现代经济性、社会性旅游资源开发;加强产学研合作。
The paper makes a SWOT analysis on the development of tourism industry in Hebei Province, points out the key strategy the province should use to improve its tourism in the next five- year- period. Namely： actively promoting the tourism integration among the Jing - jin - ji Metropolitan Area; perfecting traveling functions of the key cities; constructing cities suitable for riving and traveling; constructing an eco- metropolitan group around Beijing and Tianjin; combining tourism development with the eco - tourist construction; strengthening the ecological envimmnent; innovating traveling products to improve poverty- stricken areas; developing modem economical and social tourist resources; promoting the cooperation among the industry, high educational institutions and researching institutions.
