基于Word和XML工艺文件的作业管理集成平台研究

Research on Platform of Operation Management Integration Based on Word Process Planning Document

采用Word编制的工艺信息以非结构化的方式存在,造成了生产系统各环节之间的信息壁垒.为了复用工艺信息,研究了作业管理集成平台的体系结构和关键技术,该平台将Word工艺文件转为XML中间格式,通过适配器将XML文档按目标结构导出生成Excel作业文件和工艺数据库,从而快速编制各类生产计划和进行现场作业控制.最后,结合具体的实例阐明了该平台的应用过程.

Process planning information based on Word is non-structured, which results in barrier of information flow. In order to reuse process planning information, the framework and key technology of operation management integration platform are researched. At first the Word planning process document is converted into XML format and then the adapter is developed to introduce XML document into Excel and Database according to target format. At last, a case is introduced to explain the applied procedure of the platform.
