摘要
用水稻细菌性条斑病菌(XanthomonascampestrisPV.oryzicola)免疫的BALB/C小鼠脾细胞与鼠骨髓瘤细胞杂交融合,建立了5株分泌抗水稻细菌性条斑病菌的特异性,有鉴别力的杂交瘤细胞株:M_(23)、M_6、M_(17)、M_(260)、M_(29)。这5株单抗分别与来自不同区域的128株水稻细菌性条斑病菌进行酶联免疫吸附试验,结果表明:可将这些菌株识别出5个抗原决定簇,区分出7个单抗血清型(MCAbI一Ⅶ)据此我们认为以单抗作为病菌分类的依据是可行的。
Mouse marrow cell was hybridized by immunized BALB/C mouse spleen cell of xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzicola. Five hybridoma cell lines,M_(23),M_6,M_(17),M_(260)and M_(29),secreting mono-clonal antibodies(McAbs)against xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzicola were established. Each of these five McAbs was reacted individtially with 128 xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzicola from different areas in ELISA. The result showed that five antigen determinants and seven mono antiserotypes(McAb Ⅰ一Ⅶ)were distinguished from these strains. The result reveals that it is possible to classify pathogenic bac-teria by McAbs.
