摘要
当今“顾客满意”已经成为现代市场营销的核心。“顾客满意”的理论和实践的发展必然对其提出数量化的处理目标。在建立测评指标体系的基础上,将TOPSIS算法应用于顾客满意度测评体系中,为顾客满意度测评提供一种新的思路和方法。
Currently customer satisfaction has become the core of modem marketing. In its theory and practice there should be an objective as the result of quantitative calculation. Based on assessment index system, TOPSIS proves an effective method in the course of assessing customer satisfaction.
