文章首先简要介绍了灰色预测方法GM(1,N)模型的构造步骤及检验方法。然后将工程价格总指数作为表征系统特征序列,将人工费、木材、水泥、地方材料、机械使用费作为相关因素序列,建立了黑龙江省工程价格指数预测GM(1,N)模型,经检验该模型的预测、模拟精度等级属于1级,能够准确预测工程价格指数。

The paper introduces the establishing steps and the verification method of gray prediction method GM(1,N). The prediction model GM(1,N) of engineering price index in Heilongjiang province according to taking total index of engineering price as characteristic set of surface features system, taking artificial cost, lumber, cement, local material, mechanical used cost as correlation factor set. The grade of simulation precision belong to first class by means of examining forecast of model, it can accurately forecast engineering price index.
