摘要 运用UG软件,建立了混搅拌叶片模型,并通过ANSYS对其进行网格划分和模态分析,获得搅拌叶片的前10阶固有频率及振型特征,使叶片的结构在设计中尽量避免共振和噪声,加强其稳定性和安全性,其分析结果可为结构改进、优化设计和动力修改提供理论依据。 In this paper, the model of the mixing blade is set up by using UG. Then the model is meshed and the modal analysis is made by using ANSYS. Finally, we get the former tenth-Order natural frequencies and vibration characteristics of the mixing blade so that the resonance and noise will be avoided during the design of the mixing blade which will strengthen the stability and security of the mixing blade. At the same time, the result also can be applied for the theoretical basement in the structural improvement, optimal design and dynamic modification.
