摘要
对安钢6#高炉短期减风后操作参数的合理控制进行了分析。探讨了实际生产中调整矿批、煤量、氧量、碱度、出铁量、水压、水量、风温等参数的方法和幅度。指出在目前的生产状况下,减风后如果无富氧,继续向高炉喷煤的适宜风压最好不低于130kPa,此时煤量最高9.5 t/h。
The paper analyzed the rational controlling parameters after short-term reducing blast at No. 6 blast furnace in Anyang Steel. It summarized a few parametersod adjusted at the methods and amplitudes such as ore batch, cool injection rate, oxygen-enriched rate, slag basicity, tapping, cooling water pressure and quantity, blast temperature and so on. It also pointed out the optimum blast pressure of coal injection without oxygen-enriched should be not lower than 130kPa, and the coal injection rate should be under 9.5t/h after short-term reducing blast at No. 6blast furnace at present.
