摘要
为评价莠去津对土壤生态环境造成的影响,采用直接吸收法测定了长期定位4种典型施肥措施处理下土壤的呼吸强度。结果表明,莠去津施入土壤后,在不同的施肥措施下对土壤呼吸作用的影响不同。莠去津的施入对CK和NPK土壤的影响不大,并对NPK土壤呼吸表现出轻微的刺激效应,且这种刺激作用随莠去津浓度的增大而增强,但差异不显著。莠去津对NPK+M的土壤呼吸有明显的抑制作用,从整个测定时期的CO2释放总量看,1、5、10 mg.kg-1分别比对照低38.7%、45.5%和52.2%,且这种抑制作用达到α=0.01极显著水平。莠去津对NPK+S的土壤呼吸表现出明显的促进作用,1、5、10 mg.kg-1 3个浓度处理在整个测定时期的CO2释放总量分别是对照的1.92、1.89和1.83倍,且这种作用都达到了α=0.05的显著水平。莠去津对土壤微生物的危害程度与肥力条件也有着密切的关系。
The effects of atrazine on soil respiration were studied by closed or direct absorption method to evaluate the influence of atrazine on the soil ecological environment. Four types of soils for long term located fertilization with typical fertilization method were used. The results were as follows: After atrazine applied into the soil, the effects of it on soil respiration varied with the fertilization measures. Atrazine had little effects on soil respiration in CK soil, while, it stimulated the respiration slightly in NPK soil and the stimulation increased with the concentration of atrazine, but the difference was not significant. Atrazine inhibited the respiration in the soil of NPK +M. From the whole period of experiment, the total CO2 under 1, 5, 10 mg·kg^-1 treatments were lower 38.7%, 45.5% and 52.5% than the 0 treatment, respectively. And the inhibited effect reached extremely remarkable level (P〈0.01). In the soil of NPK +S, the total CO2 under three treatments of 1,5,10 mg·kg^-1 were 1.92 times, 1.89 times and 1.83 times of that in the control (P〈0.05). There were close relationships between the effect of atrazine on soil microorganism with fertilizer terms.
