摘要
根据球墨铸铁与灰口铸铁的石墨形态和石墨结构的特征,利用超声波在球墨铸铁和灰口铸铁中的传播和衰减的差异,阐述了一种现场鉴别球墨铸铁件与灰口铸铁件的检测方法———超声衰减法。经过现场应用和验证,证明采用这种超声衰减法可以有效地解决上述球墨铸铁与灰口铸铁件的现场鉴别问题,且该方法简便、准确、快捷。
Ultrasonic Attenuation Method, a field testing method for the identification of nodular cast iron and grey cast iron is described based on the characteristics of their graphite shape, structure and the differences of their ultrasonic transmission and attenuation. Field application and verification indicate that Ultrasonic Attenuation Method provides a easy, accurate and fast solution to the effective site identification of nodular cast iron and grey cast iron.
