摘要
为解决车体二系弹簧支撑受力均衡分配问题,开发研究了车体调簧试验台。试验台通过计算机控制,对各个二系弹簧支撑力、各个弹性支点的综合刚度、弹簧压缩量等进行自动检测,并按照调簧程序,对各个二系弹簧座进行模拟加垫操作,最后给出各个二系弹簧座处的实际加垫量、各点的综合刚度、各个二系弹簧的实际承载量等。
The testing bench for the inspection of the locomotive body and coil springs is developed in order to balance evenly the force exerted on the secondary springs. With the help of a computer, an automatic testing and inspection of the supporting force of each secondary spring, integrated rigidity at each supporting point, spring compression, etc. are carried out, and the simulation of cushioning at each secondary spring seat is implemented according to the spring sequence, therefore the actual cushioning amount, integrated rigidity at each point and the actual load of each secondary spring are obtained.
