摘要
通过平板抗裂试验,研究了海工耐久混凝土的早期抗裂性,采用RCM法研究了海工耐久混凝土抗氯离子渗透的能力。结果表明,使用P·Ⅱ42.5(R)硅酸盐水泥、Ⅱ区中砂、5~25mm碎石、Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级低钙粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣粉及新一代高性能高效减水剂,可以配制出C50~C60海工耐久混凝土。
The early anti-cracking behavior of marine structure durable concrete and resistance of the concrete to chlorine ion permeability attack are studied respectively through slab anti-cracking tests and by RCM method. The results of the study indicate that the C50~C60 marine structure durable concrete can be well proportioned and produced by utilization of P·Ⅱ 42.5 (R) Portland cement, Region Ⅱ medium sand, 5~25 mm broken stones, Grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ low calcium flyash, granulated furnace slag powder and new generation of high performance and high efficiency water reducing agent.
