摘要
重点讨论了内燃机车用16V240ZJ型大功率中速柴油机的曲轴动平衡方法中存在的若干问题和改进的措施。提出曲轴轴系按平衡相位组装和整体进行动平衡的合理建议,并且对柴油机曲轴轴系整体动平衡的重要性和可行性进行了分析计算,从而对于减小柴油机整机振动,改善柴油机工作可靠性和耐久性具有重要意义。
The thesis mainly discusses about the several problems which occurred in the crankshaft dynamic balancing method of the model 16V240ZJ big power mid- speed diesel engine which is used in the di,,sel locomotive and how to improve them. The thesis puts forward reasonable suggestions On that the crankshaft shafting is set according to the phase of balance and balancing carriedact in the whole system. The paper also calculates and analyses the essentiality and feasibility of the engine crankshaft shafting whole dynamic balancing. It is quite important to reduce the vibration of the whole engine and improve the reliability and wearing capacity of the engine running.
