摘要
文章分析了1332MD络筒机络筒纱线毛羽增加的原因与控制方法。即选择合理的车速、管纱锭子位置和张力片；选择超塑槽筒、轴承式筒纱锭子并使筒管的头端与槽筒完全接触，末端与槽筒有0．5～1mm的间隙；生产Modal、Tencel等纤维纱线时，应使用退捻管式捻结器。
The paper analysed the cause of hairiness increase and ways to control in 1332 MD winding machine. That is,to choose rational speed,cop spindle place and tension bar;to choose super plastic grooved drum,bearing bobbin spindle;to make the top of bobbin contact closely to drum,and a clearance of 0.5 to 1 mm between the bottom of bobbin and the drum;to use untwist tubular splicer when produce Modal,Tencel yarn and so on.
