The assessment indices and safety assessment model for underground gold mines were established based on the characteristics of underground gold mines and the analysis of the hazardous factors of underground gold mines, which will play its roles in quick tracing and accurate predicting risk levels of underground gold mines to improve the effectiveness of safety assessment and make in time and sensible safety measures.
