摘要
用电极过程动力学对从氰化贵液中直接电沉积金过程进行分析,可得出提高Au(CN)2-离子与阴极碰撞几率和减小析H2副反应是提高电沉积金效率的关键因素。采用多孔电极、析出H2小的电极材料和分两段电解措施,使从低浓度含金贵液中直接电沉积金的效率达到98%以上。
Based on analysis of direct gold electrowinning process in view of electrode process kinetics, Key factors of getting high recoveries of gold electrowinning are raising va]id collision chance of Au( CN )2 ions to surface of cathode electrode and lowering vice reaction about H2. The recoverits of gold electrowinning from dilute cyanide solutions is about 98% by means of using porous electrode, lowering vice reaction of H2 and two stage electrolysis.
