摘要 对广东花生抗黄曲霉研究工作进行了概述,广东自1989年起开展花生对黄曲霉菌的抗原鉴定筛选、抗病育种、遗传分析和抗性机理研究工作,利用鉴定筛选出来的抗原、通过抗病育种已经选育出抗黄曲霉菌侵染力强的高产花生品种粤油9号、粤油20,遗传分析和抗性机理研究也取得了成绩;同时指出花生品种资源及抗性鉴定为抗黄曲霉育种、遗传分析和抗性机理研究工作奠定了基础。 It was carried out one after another that antigen screening and identification, resistance breeding, anti- infection heredity analysis and resistance mechanism of peanut to Aspergillus flavus since 1989. Two high Aspergillus flavus infection resistance with rust - resistance and leaf spots- resistance, high yield varieties Yueyou 9 and Yueyou 20 were bred based on the antigen screening, identification and resistance breeding. Some achievements were also obtained from resistance mechanism and heredity analysis. The pape is a summary on the studies of peanut resistance to Aspergillus flavus in Guangdong province. It indicated that peanut resources screening and resistance identification laid a solid foundation for resistance breeding, heredity analysis and resistance mechanism study of peanut against Aspergillus flavus.
