壳聚糖包衣对大白菜幼苗素质及内源IAA和GA含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对大白菜夏秋品种夏阳白种子进行壳聚糖包衣处理,研究了壳聚糖对大白菜幼苗素质及内源IAA、GA含量的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖可以促进苗期幼苗素质,增加株重、根长和最大叶面积,提高幼苗内源激素IAA和GA的含量。指出幼苗内源IAA、GA水平的提高可能是壳聚糖促进大白菜生长的主要原因。 White vegetables seeds were treated with chitosan as seed coating, and growth status, endogenous IAA and GA contents in seedlings were studied. The results showed that the growth of seedling, the length of root, the weight(F) and weight(D) of strain and the area of the largest leaf in seeds treated with chitosan higher than those of the controls. Coating chittosan can also improve seedling properties, such as endogenous IAA and GA contents and so on. it was proposed that chitosan promotes white vegetables seedling growth by increasing IAA and GA levels.
