摘要
市场主体低劣的信用状况和脆弱的信用关系已造成社会性的信用危机,已影响到我国国民经济健康运行和国际竞争力的提高.本文把经济学中博弈论的方法引用到分析当中,分析了我国出现信用危机的原因,对比分析了轻罚和重罚的不同,并提出建立市场信用严惩机制的必要性.
In China, there exist all kinds of economic chicanery. Markets are congested with counterfeits and inferior goods. Quite often, contracts can not be observed faithfully and credit of managers turns out unreliable. Low and inferior creditability impairs credit relations and causes credit crises to take place. This has already produced adverse effect on the development market. In this paper, the method of game theory is applied to the analysis of these problems, such as the cause of credit crisis, the different results from light punishment and severe punishment, and so on. The imperative necessity of establishing market credit＇s severe punishment system is expounded in conclusion.
