摘要
考察了纳米碳酸钙(Nano-CaCO_3)含量对玻璃纤维增强聚苯硫醚/聚碳酸酯(PPS/PC/GF)复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,当Nano-CaCO_3质量分数小于6%时,复合材料的拉伸弹性模量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率均随着Nano-CaCO_3含量的增加而有所提高,当质量分数为6%达到最大值,然后有所下降。
The influence of nanometer calcium carbonate (Nano-CaCO3) content on the tensile properties of glass fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide/polycarbonate (PPS/PC/GF) composites were investigated. The results show that the Young's modulus, tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites increase with addition of the mass fraction of the Nano-CaCO3 when mass fraction of the Nano-CaCO3 is less than 6%, and come up to the maximum with 6% of mass fraction of the Nano-CaCO3, and then decrease with addition of mass fraction of the Nano-CaCO3.
