摘要
介绍一种对CCD固态传感器测量接触网导线磨耗视频模拟信号的高精度处理方法,建立了测量目标边界的判据。它与通常的处理方法相比较,具有动态适应能力强、精度高等特点。其动态处理精度达到0.2μs,对应于我们的检测系统,目标宽度精度为0.05mm。
A high precision processing method for the CCD video signal of the catenary wire wear measurement is presented in the paper and a criterion for measuring target border has been set up.Compared with the conventional processing method,it has the advantages of strong dynamic adaptability and high accuracy.Its dynamic processing accuracy has reached 0.2μs.According to our measuring system,its target width accuracy is 0.05mm.The target border criterion is suitable for the other photoelectric border measuring methods.
