摘要
介绍高分辨率显示管屏空间特性分析系统。该系统采用CCD作为光电转换器,借助于一个结构简单、制作方便、所需驱动率极小(小于0.6W)的四维移动与定位机构,并利用PC机进行自动控制和数据处理,光学系统实现自动聚焦,对被测管任意位置上的屏空间特性进行测量。本系统可测量线宽、线间距、调制深度、调制传递函数、空间谐波、光点的亮度分布、光栅畸变等参量。测量误差小于±5%
An analysis system for screen space property of high resolution display tube is presented in the paper.The system uses CCD as photoelectric converter.With the help of a 4 D move and position mechanism which is simple structure,easy fabircation and low power dissipation(less than 0.6W),the screen space properties at arbitrary position of the measured tube can be measured.The automatic control and data processing are carried out by PC computer and automatic focusing is implemented by the optical system.Line width,line space,modulation depth,modulation trnasfer function,spatial harmonics,brightness distribution of light spot and gration distortion etc parameters can be measured by the system.The measuring error is less than ±5%。
