A contactless, digistal system meassuring the thickness of plastic film is pre-sened in this paper. This system adopts the design using double filter by hardware andsoftware and ratio test, which well depress the interference having effect on the measur-ing accuracy. It can realize quick and precise measurement. With suitbale interface, andcan be easily connected to the controlling closed circuit on the line of production.
