摘要
通过探索人力资源和企业文化之间的关系并测量两者之间的匹配度,实证研究两者匹配度对企业产出变量的影响,得到以下结论:尽管人力资源和企业文化具有相对独立性,但在设计人力资源管理和企业文化政策时必须考虑两者之间匹配性。
This paper explores the relationship between human resources and enterprise cultures,measures the compatibility between these two aspects and examines the effects of the compatibility on the output variables of an enterprise.As a result,it concludes that consideration of the compatibility should be given when policies are made concerning human resources and enterprise cultures in spite of their relative independency.
