肌电电生理检查在腕尺管综合征中的诊断价值研究

Study on Diagnosis of Eletromyogre Examination in Guyon Syndrome

目的:分析腕尺管综合征的肌电图、神经肌电图表现。方法:对12例腕尺管综合征患者的肌电图进行分析,并与12例正常肌电图(正常组)比较。结果:病例组与正常组比较,7例小指展肌记录尺神经腕部诱发电位潜伏期明显延长,波幅衰减。5例第一背侧骨间肌记录,腕部尺神经诱发电位潜伏期较健侧延长且波幅明显衰减。结论:肌电电生理检查对腕尺管综合征具有一定的诊断价值。

Objective： To analysize the electromyographic（EMC） status of Guyon Syndrome. Methods： By using controlled methods, the EMG status of 12 cases with Guyon syndrome （Group Ⅰ ）and 12 of normal person（Group Ⅱ ）were analysized respectively.Results：The latent peried of evoked potent of thenar muscle was prolonged obviously in 7 cases of Group Ⅰ , the latent period of evoked potential of the first dovsal interosseous muscle was prolonged in 5 cases of Group Ⅰ. Conclusion： Eletromyogre possesses certain value in diagnosis of Guyon Syndrome.
