目的:为了培养学生的英语综合应用能力,在教学中根据学生的实际水平和需要适当地开设选修课,以扩展和丰富学生的知识,提高学生的英语综合应用能力。方法:调查、收集、对比分析及综合。结果:拓展性教学对学生综合应用能力的培养起着十分重要的作用。结论:学生英语综合应用能力的培养需要多方面知识的拓展。

Objective：To improve the students＇ comprehensive practical ability, we should arrange some select;ve courses to extend .and enrich the students＇ knowledge.Method：Makinga survey, collectingsome information and makinga comparison were made and finally a conclusion was got. Result： The extensive teaching is the key to improve the students＇ application ability.Conclusion： The ability of students comprehensive application needs the extension of many aspects of knowledge.
